ANSA McAL Limited - Notice of Change in Senior Officer

NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 64(1)(b) OF THE SECURITIES ACT, CHAP. 83:02 AND
RULE 603 OF THE TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO STOCK EXCHANGE RULES

ANSA McAL Limited (“ANSA McAL”) wishes to announce that with effect from October 1 st, 2024, Mr. Alastair Paton was appointed as Head of Internal Audit, ANSA Merchant Bank Limited (“AMBL”), a subsidiary of ANSA McAL.

Further, Mr. Sahendra Mahabir has been appointed as the (Ag.) Head of Group Internal Audit, ANSA McAL with effect from October 1st, 2024.

ANSA McAL and ABML wish to congratulate Messrs. Paton and Mahabir on their respective appointments.
