Eric Solis Marketing Limited - Notification of New Credit Arrangement

Pursuant to Section 64(1)(B) of the Securities Act, 2012 and pursuant to Rule 603 of the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange, Eric Solis Marketing Limited (“SOLIS”), a Reporting Issuer registered with the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission, hereby gives notice to the public of the following Material Changes:

1. SOLIS has entered into new credit arrangements with a regulated financial institution. The new facilities include a US dollar denominated loan for equipment as well as a TT dollar working capital line. The facilities are secured by a debenture stamped to cover $7 million.
2. This new arrangement replaces previous credit arrangements with another registered financial institution which were secured by a debenture stamped to cover $3 million.

These changes have been deemed material in nature and are hereby communicated to the public in accordance with the statutory requirements.
