he Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation (the “Corporation”) wishes to advise on the following changes to the Board of Directors: Ms. Fe Lopez-Collymore’s term, as the representative of the National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (“NIBTT”) to the Board of the Corporation, came to an end on September 1, 2024. Ms. Kathryn Abdulla has been appointed as the representative of NIBTT to the Board of the Corporation for a period of four (4) years, effective September 2, 2024, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 7(1)(e) & (4) of the Unit Trust Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Act, Chapter 83:03
