DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

On August 13, 2024, the Board of Directors of ANSA McAL Limited declared an Interim Dividend of $0.30 per ordinary share. This Interim Dividend is payable on September 9, 2024, to shareholders on record at close of business on August 26, 2024.

RECORD DATE AND CLOSING OF THE REGISTER
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Companies Act (Chap 81:01) the Directors have fixed August 26, 2024, as the Record Date for determining the shareholders who are entitled to receive the Interim Dividend. The Register of Members will be closed on August 29 and August 30, 2024, for processing of transfers to facilitate payment of this Interim Dividend.
