Angostura Holdings Limited - Notice of Expiry of Term of Office of a Director

Ms. Ingrid Lashley’s term of office as a director expired at the close of the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on July 17, 2024. Ms. Lashley did not offer herself for re-election, and therefore ceased to be a director of Angostura Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries with effect from July 17, 2024. The Board of Directors thanks Ms. Lashley for her dedicated service and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.
