Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited - Notice of Retirement of a Director

With effect from 15th March 2024, Mrs. Wendy-Fae Thompson retired from the Board of Directors of the Scotia bank after 12 years of dedicated service. 

Over the course of her outstanding service, Wendy-Fae provided valuable counsel and strategic leadership to the Board and Management. 

Scotiabank thanks Wendy-Fae for her service and dedication to the Bank and its stakeholders, and for her invaluable contribution to growing shareholder value. 

We wish her continued success in all her endeavours.
