First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited - Notice of Dividend Payment

Based on the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2023, the Directors have declared an interim dividend of TT$0.50 per ordinary share payable on March 1, 2024 to Shareholders on the Reglster of Members as at February 16, 2024. 

In accordance witlh Section 110 of the Companies At, Chapter81:01 the Revised Laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Directors have fixed February 16, 2024 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders who are entitled to receive payment of this interim dividend.

CLOSING DATE Of REGISTER FOR INTERIM DIVIDEND 
The Register of Members will be cosed on February 16, 2024.
