Agostini's Limited - Notice of Material Change - Retirement of Managing Director

Pursuant to Section 64 (i) (b) of the Securities Act 2012, Agostini's Limited (Agostini's) wishes to advise that Mr. Anthony Agostini retires as the Company's Managing Director on January 31st, 2024. 

Mr. Agostini joined Agostini's in 1990 as its Marketing Director and assumed the role of Managing Director in 2007. The Board, Management and Staff of Agostini's wish to thank Mr. Agostini for his sterling contribution to the Company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
