Agostini's Limited - Notice of Material Change - Appointment of Group Chief Executive Officer

Pursuant to Section 64 (i) (b) of the Securities Act 2012, Agostini's Limited (Agostini's) wishes to advise that Mr. Barry Davis will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer effective from February 1st, 2024. 

Mr. Davis joined Agostini's as Group Finance Director on April 1st 2021 and was a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Directors to January 2020 and Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. Prior to this Mr. Davis was the Financial Controller at Atlantic LNG and previously a partner at Ernst and Young.
