Guardian Holdings Limited - Notice of Appointment of Chief Governance Officer and Corporate Secretary

Guardian Holdings Limited (“the Company”) advises that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 15th December 2023, Mrs. Krystal Baynes-Hoseinee, who holds the role as Assistant Secretary has been appointed to the position of Chief Governance Officer & Corporate Secretary of the Company with effect from 1st January 2024.

The Board further advises that Mr. Richard Avey continues in the capacity of Group General Counsel. This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1) (b) of the Securities Act 2012.
