Notice of Material Change

The Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation (the “Corporation”) wishes to announce the following changes to the Board of Directors:

Mr. Douglas Camacho’s term, as the representative of the Association of Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Companies (“ATTIC”) to the Board of the Corporation, will expire on December 31, 2023.

Mr. Brent Ford has been appointed as the representative of ATTIC to the Board of the Corporation for a period of four (4) years, effective January 1, 2024, in accordance with the provisions of sections 7(1)(f) & (4) of the Unit Trust Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Act, Chapter 83:03.
