Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of Agostini’s Limited is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr. Nigel Campbell as CFO of Agostini’s Limited with effect from 1st February 2024.

Mr Campbell will be replacing Mr. Barry Davis, who will be assuming the Group’s CEO position on the same date.

Mr. Campbell is a senior finance executive with over thirty years experience in various sectors, with his last position before joining Agostini’s being the CFO of a large energy company in Trinidad and Tobago.

Nigel has a BSc from the University of the West Indies and holds an MBA from the Anglia Ruskin University. He is a qualified accountant with the Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT).

Mr Campbell is married and has three children.
