NCB Financial Group Limited - Update on Publication of Audited Financial Statements for the year ended September 30, 2023

Further to the release of the consolidated interim financial statements for NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) on November 21, 2023 and the subsequent Investors’ Briefing on November 22, 2023, we hereby advise that the full audited financial statements will be made available and be published on or before Wednesday, December 6, 2023. Our auditors require additional time to complete the audit in accordance with International Standards of Auditing. NCBFG apologises for the delay against the time indicated at the Briefing, and any inconvenience to our valued stakeholders.
