Massy Holdings Limited - Notice of Annual General Meeting

The date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company has been fixed for Monday, December 18, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Grand Ballroom, Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre, 1B Lady Young Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. The Meeting will be held in a hybrid format, whereby Shareholders may attend and participate in the Meeting either in person or electronically via a live webcast.

Shareholders attending the Meeting via the live webcast must pre-register. Pre-registration will commence on November 27, 2023 and end at 4.00 p.m. on December 15, 2023. Please visit our website www.massygroup.com for further instructions.

Shareholders wishing to aend the Meeting in person are encouraged to indicate their intention by notifying the Company, during the period commencing on November 27, 2023, and ending at 4.00 p.m. on December 15, 2023, via any of the following:
