Massy Holdings Ltd. - Notice of Final Dividend

On Wednesday November 22, 2023, the Board of Directors of Massy Holdings Ltd. declared a final dividend of 12.68 cents per share, making the total dividend 15.83 cents per share, based on the results for the financial year ended September 30, 2023. 

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Trinidad and Tobago Companies Act, Ch. 81:01, the Directors have fixed December 08, 2023, as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive payment of such dividend. The final dividend will be paid on December 18, 2023, to the registered holders of shares at the close of business on December 08, 2023.
