NOTICE is hereby given that the Eighth Annual Meeting of Republic Financial Holdings will be held at the Hyatt Regency Trinidad, Port of Spain, on Monday December 11, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. for the following purposes:

1. To receive the Audited Financial Statements of Republic Financial Holdings Limited, for the year ended September 30, 2023, and the Reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. To take note of the Dividends paid for the twelve-month period ended September 30, 2023.
3. To elect Directors.
4. To re-appoint the Auditors, Ernst & Young, and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
5. Any other business.
