First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited - Notice of Pre-Retirement Leave of Senior Officer

Dr. Sterling Frost O.R.T.T. became a memeber of the Executive Management Team of the First Citizens Group in 2016 as the group DCEO. He has contributed to the Group in the areas of Human Resource Management, Marketing, Operatiuons and Strategic Planning process.

Dr. Frost will proceed on pre-retirement leave on or about October 23rd, 2023 and the Group takes this opportunity to thank him for his contibution and to wish him all the best in future endeavours.
