GraceKennedy Limited - Change in Senior Officer

GraceKennedy Limited (GKC) has advised that Mrs. Terry-Ann Graver, Head of Treasury & Corporate Finance, will cease to be a Senior Officer of the Company as she will be transitioning to a new role in the GK Group.

Mr. Creig Lindo will assume the role of Head of Treasury & Corporate Finance of GKL, effective December 1, 2023.
