ANSA Merchant Bank Limited - Notice of Changes to Executive Management

Mr. Gregory N. Hill, who has geld the Managing Director's position at ANSA Merchant Bank Limited for 16 years, has resigned from the company to take up a position at the Caribbean Development Bank headquartered in Barbados. His resignation would take effect from 4th October 2023. Mr. Hill will continue to serve as Chairman of ANSA Merchant Bank Barbados Limited subject to regulatory and other approvals.

Mr. David Dulal-Whiteway, a director of ANSA Merchant Bank Limited and Chairman of ANSA Bank Limited will act as interim Managing Director.

Mr. Keron Kong has been appointed as Senior General Manager-Operations of ANSA Merchant Bank Limited.
