The Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation (“the Corporation”) wishes to announce the following material change:

In accordance with sections 7(1)(b) and 10(1) of the Unit Trust Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Act, Chap. 83:03 (“UTC Act”), Mr. Nigel Edwards has been reappointed as the Executive Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation for a further 5 year term, from June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2028.
