National Investment Fund Holding Company Limited - 10th Semi Annual Coupon Payment and Redemption of NIF Series Bond A

The National Investment Fund Holding Company Limited (NIF) is pleased to report that:

Since its establishment in mid-2018, NIF has made total interest distributions of $1.122 billion to over 7,500 bond holders. This consistent distribution has been due to NIF’s well-structured and diversified portfolio. On Wednesday 9 August 2023, NIF made the tenth distribution interest payment of $112.2 million to bond holders on the three (3) series of its $4.0 billion bond.

Also on Wednesday 9 August 2023, NIF redeemed the principal of $1.2 billion on its Series A Bond. The next semi-annual coupon payment to bond holders of Series B and Series C would be on February 9 2024.

During the first half of the financial year: January 2023—June 2023 the resilience of our Investee Companies amid persistent global challenges has been commendable and NIF continues to be optimistic about the outlook for 2023 and beyond.
