Calypso Macro Index Fund - Changes to the Board of Directors

The Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation (“the Corporation”) wishes to announce the following changes to the Board of Directors:

The term of office of Ms. Naleisha Bally, the Ministry of Finance Representative to the Board of the Corporation, will expire on June 21, 2023.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 7(1)(d) of the Unit Trust Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Act, Chapter 83:03, Mr. Anthony John Joseph has been appointed as the representative of the Ministry of Finance to the Board of the Corporation for a period of two (2) years with effect from June 22, 2023.
