Calypso Macro Index Fund - Notice of Material Information

We wish to advise that effective May 24, 2023, the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation, UTC Fund Management Services STL Limited and UTC Global Balanced Fund Limited (both established under the laws of St Lucia were granted licenses by the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission (ECSRC)

• UTC Fund Management Services STL Limited will perform the functions of a Management Company of a Collective Investment Scheme in the Eastern Caribbean Securities Market
• UTC Global Balanced Fund Limited will operate as a Collective Investment Scheme in the Eastern Caribbean Securities Market

Both the UTC Fund Management Services STL Limited and UTC Global Balanced Fund Limited will be subject to the regulatory oversight of the ECSRC.
