Guardian Holdings Limited (“The Company”) advises that at at the Company’s Annual Meeting held on 4th May, 2023, Mr. Dexter Maitland was elected as a Director of the Company.

RETIREMENT OF DIRECTORS

Guardian Holdings Limited  also advises that at at the Company’s Annual Meeting held on 4th May, 2023, Mr. Henry Peter Ganteaume and Mr. Maxim Rochester retired from the Board and did not offer themselves for re-election. Such retirement took effect at the close of the Annual Meeting.
