Agostini's Limited - Acquisition of shares of Chinook Trading Canada Limited by a Subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Agostini’s Limited wishes to advise that our subsidiary, Caribbean Distribution Partners Limited, has purchased 80% of the issued and outstanding shares of Chinook Trading Canada Limited, a Canadian-based consumer product trading company that operates primarily in the Caribbean.

The Directors believe that this strategic acquisition will benefit the wider group by providing improved logistics capabilities, access to new customers across the Caribbean region and to new North American-based suppliers.
