Coupon payment on the J314 Bond

TTCD advise that on May 01, 2023, coupon payment for the listed symbol, J314, were remitted to all bondholders as at record date April 28, 2023.

Please note that this payment only covered a ninety three (93) day period, i.e. from when the Bond was listed on the Exchange (January 27, 2023) to the coupon payment date (April 30, 2023).

The TTCD, being the Registrar and Paying Agent of the Bond, is currently liaising with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) to remit the balance of the funds owed for the entire coupon period on or before May 05, 2023.
