Guardian Holdings Limited - Notice of Annual General Meeting and Dividend Payment

The Directors of GHL have fixed Thursday 4th May, 2023, as the date of the Annual Meeting for 2023 which will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Guardian Corporate Centre, 1 guardian Drive, Westmoorings.

Based upon the the Financial results of the year ended 31st December, 2022, the Directors have decided to pay a final Dividend of TT$0.52 per share to Shareholders on the Register of Memebers as at 14th March, 2023 which has been fixed a the record date of this payment.
