First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited - Notice of Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FIRST ANNUAL MEETING OF THE SHAREHOLDERS OF FIRST CITIZENS GROUP FINANCIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ("the Company"), in accordance with paragraph 13.1 of By-Law No. 1 of the Company, will be held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in the Grand Ballroom, Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre, lB Lady Young Road, Port of Spain for the following purposes: 

Special Business 

• To confirm By-Law No. 1 as the Company's by-laws.

Ordinary Business

• To receive and consider the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended September 30, 2022, together with the reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
