JMMB Group Limited - Notice of Appointment of Director

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from JMMBGL advising that Mr. Leighton McKnight was appointed to the Board of Directors of JMMB Group Limited and its subsidiary JMMB Financial Holdings Limited, effective January 26, 2023.

Mr. McKnight is a chartered accountant and is currently an Executive in Residence at UWI Mona School of Business. He is the immediate past Territory Leader/Senior Partner of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Jamaica.

He has over 38 years of experience working in the audit, accounting and business consulting industries and has led numerous financial audits for multinationals, regional conglomerates and other large business enterprises including major listed entities.

He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and is a fellow member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
