NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) advises that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on February 2, 2023, to consider and, if thought fit, approve the release of its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. Shareholders are also reminded that NCBFG’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for February 3, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. and that the 2022 annual report and notice of the meeting may be accessed at http://www.myncb.com/annualreport2022.
