Prestige Holdings Limited - Notice of Changes to Senior Officer

Pursuant to Sections 56(4) and 64(1) of the Securities Act, Chap. 83:02 and By-Law 53 of the Securities (General) By-Laws, 2015, Prestige Holdings Limited wishes to advise on the following changes to the Executive Team.

• Mark Beepath was appointed Chief Financial Officer on January 3, 2023.
• Marlon Danglade resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer on January 2, 2023. Mr. Danglade will however continue in the employ of the company to support Mr. Beepath during the transition period until February 28, 2023.
