GraceKennedy Limited Interim Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 15th December 2022 of 58 cents per stock or a total of approximately $574 million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 25th November 2022. The Company's Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 25th November 2022 to 2nd December 2022.

This was approved by the Company's Board of Directors on 10th November 2022.
