Trinidad Cement Limited ("TCL" or "the Company") herey advises that the Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Jose Antonio Cabrera Guerra as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of TCL effective October 27, 2022 and until the conclusion of the next Annual Meeting following, unless otherwise resolved.
