Massy Holdings Ltd. - Notice of Retirement of a Director

The Company wishes to advise that pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act, 2012, Mr. David O’Brien retired as an Executive Director of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective September 30, 2022.

The Chairman and Board of Directors thank Mr. O’Brien for his years of dedicated service to the Company.
