The Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation (TTUTC) wishes to announce the following changes to the board of Directors. 

The Board of Directors of the TTUTC has appointed the following persons as Independent Directors to the Board, effective September 23rd, 2022, for a period of one(1) year, in accordance with Sections 7(2) and 5(A) of the Unit Trust Corpration of Trinidad and Tobago Act, 1981;

• Mr. Stepheb Allum Poon
• Mr. Rebert Green; and 
• Mr. Brevard Nelson
