Guardian Holdings Limited - Notice of Interim Dividend Payment

At a meeting held on 4th August, 2022, the Board of Directors of Guardian Holdings Limited declared an Interim Dividend of $0.20 per share payable on 29th August, 2022 to the Shareholders on the Register of Members as at the close of business on 12th August, 2022.

Pursuant to Section 110( 1) of the Companies Act, Ch. 8 1:01 of the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, the Directors have therefore fixed 12th August, 2022, as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive payment of such dividend.

CLOSING OF REGISTER
To facilitate payment of the above dividend, the Register of Members will be closed on 12th August, 2022.
