The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited - Notice of Change in Director

The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited (the Company) advises that Ms Diana Hernandez Gonzalez resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from 31 July 2022 and Mr Andrés Lorenzo was appointed a Director of the Company with effect from 1 August 2022.

Mr Lorenzo has over 18 years of experience in Finance and Marketing at a senior level. Mr Lorenzo was recently appointed the Finance Director of British American Tobacco’s Latin America North and Caribbean operations and prior to that appointment, he was the Vice President Commercial Finance for Trade Marketing and Activation at Reynolds, USA.

The Board of Directors wishes to thank Ms Hernandez Gonzalez for her service to the Company and welcomes Mr Lorenzo.
