Offer for Sale by First Citizens Holdings Limited (“the Offeror”) of 10,869,565 Ordinary Shares of no par value in First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited at a price of $50.00 per share payable in full on application.

The Offer will opened on June 28, 2022 at 9:00 am and will close at 4:00 pm on July 22, 2022 or later at the discretion of the Offeror; but in any event no later than 90 days after the date of the receipt for the Prospectus.
