Calypso Macro Index Fund - Notice of Material Change

The Trinidad and Tobago Unit Trust Corporation, parent of the Unit Trust Corporation Financial and Investment Advisory Services Limited which is registered as a Branch under the Companies Act of Jamaica, has confirmed that it has entered a Joint Venture Agreement with GK Mutual Funds Limited, and GK Capital Management Limited, both of which companies are incorporated under the laws of Jamaica.

The parties have agreed to cooperate in a joint venture for the operation of the GK Mutual Funds Limited, which has been duly registered as a Collective Investments Scheme with the Financial Services Commission of Jamaica pursuant to the Jamaican Securities (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 2013, as a mutual fund company.

This arrangement, which is subject to receipt of Regulatory approval in Jamaica, will allow for the distribution of Mutual Funds in Jamaica.
