GraceKennedy Limited - Notice of Interim Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 16th June 2022 of 48 cents per stockn or a total of approximately $476 Million to the shareholders on record at the close of business on 27th May 2022. The Company's Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 27th May 2022 to 3rd June 2022.

This was approved by the Company's Board of Directors on 12th May 2022.
