Massy Holding Ltd. - Notice to Shareholders

Based on the financial results for the half year ended March 31, 2022, the Directors have declared an interim dividend of $0.03 per share upon the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of the Company payable on June 15th, 2022, to Shareholders on the Register of Memebers at close of business on June 01, 2022.

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Companies Act, Ch. 81:01 the Directors have fixed June 01, 2022 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to recieve payment of such dividend.
