First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited - Notice of Interim Dividend Payment 2022

Based on the financial results of the quarter ended March 31, 2022, the Directors have declared an interim dividend of TT$0.34 per ordinary share payable on May 27, 2022 to Shareholders on the Register of Memvers as at May 12, 2022.

In accordance with Section 110 of the Companies Act, Chapter 81.01 of the Revised Law of the Rpublic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Directors have fixed May 12, 2022 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders who are entitled to recieve payment of this interim dividend.
