NCB Financial Group Limited (NCBFG) advises that the Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on May 9, 2022, to consider and approve the release of its unaudited financial statements for the six months ended March 31, 2022. On May 10, 2022, NCBFG will host its quarterly virtual investors’ briefing commencing at 11:30a.m.. Led by President and Group Chief Executive Officer - Hon. Patrick Hylton OJ, CD and Group Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Dennis Cohen, the event will highlight the performance results for the six months ended March 31, 2022, as well as the strategy and outlook for the organisation.
