Prestige Holdings Limited - Notice of Material Change

Pursuant to Sections 56(4) and 64(1) of the Securities Act, Chap. 83:02 and By-Law 53 of the Securities (General) By-Laws, 2015, Prestige Holdings Limited wishes to advise on the following changes to the Executive Team.

• Wendy Joseph was appointed Vice President, Human Resources effective April 11, 2022.
• Angela Sobrian retired from the position of Vice President, Human Resources on March 31, 2022 but will continue in the employ of the company to support Ms. Joseph during the transition period until June 30, 2022.
