DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on 7 April 2022, a Final Dividend of $0.70 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 was approved. This brings the total dividend per ordinary share paid for 2021 to $1.42. This dividend is payable on 12 May 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 22 April 2022.

RECORD DATE AND CLOSING OF REGISTER

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Companies Act (Chap. 81:01) the Directors have fixed 22 April 2022 as the Record Date for payment of the Final Dividend. The Transfer Book and Register of Members will be closed on 25 and 26 April 2022 for processing of transfers to facilitate payment of this Dividend.
