• Issue of Notice of Annual Meeting; The Directors of GHL have fixed Thursday 5th May, 2022, as the date of the Annual Meeting for 2022, which will be held at, 1:30 p.m. at the Guardian Corporate Centre, 1 Guardian Drive, Westmoorings.
• Payment of Dividend: Based upon year end 2021 financial results the Directors have decided to pay a Final Dividend of 52 cents per share to Shareholders on the Register of Members as at 10th March, 2022.
