National Investment Fund Holding Company Limited - Notice of Payment of Seventh Semi-annual Coupon Payment

The National Investment Fund Holding Company Limited (NIF) is pleased to report that:

On Wednesday 9 February 2022, NIF made the seventh distribution interest payment of $112.2 million to bond holders on the three (3) series of its $4.0 billion bond.

Since its establishment in mid-2018, NIF has made total interest distributions of $785.4 million to over 7,500 bond holders. This consistent distribution has been due to NIF’s well-structured and diversified portfolio.

On Tuesday 9 August 2022, NIF will make the next semi-annual coupon payment to bond holders.

NIF is cautiously optimistic about the outlook for 2022 and improvement in performance of our Investee Companies despite the continuing economic and social challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
