First Citizens Bank Limited - Update on Corporate Legal Restructuring

On Wednesday June 30, 2021, the Shareholders of First Citizens Bank Limited ("the Bank") approved the corporate legal restructure of the First Citizens Group wherein the Bank would no longer be the holding company of the First Citizens Group but would instead become a sudsidiary of a new holding company, First Citizens Group Financial Holdings Limited ("FCGFH"), together with the other subsidiaries within the First Citizens Group.
