One Caribbean Media Limited - Announcement of New Investment

One Caribbean Media Limited (OCM) has invested in a new business venture, One Caribbean FlexiPac Industries and Solutions Limited (OCFS) in which it will have a 55% shareholding.

OCFS will be engaged in the manufacturing of a wide range of packing material and will benefit from the vast experience, competency and talent of the Group in the printing business. The business, once fully operational, will have export and foreign exchange earnings potential.

This investment is supportive of the Group’s growth strategy and commitment to the creative of value for its shareholders.

OCM is a publicly owned and regionally focused company quoted on the stock exchanges of Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados.
