Payment of Dividend

Based on the Financial Results for the year ended December 31st, 2017 the Directors have declared a final dividend of three cents ($0.03) per share payable on May 25th, 2018 to shareholders on the Register of Members as at May 4th, 2018 which has been fixed as the Record Date for the payment of dividend.

Notice is hereby given that the fifty-first (51st) Annual Meeting of shareholders of Point Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation Limited ("the Corporation") will be held on Thursday June 7th, 2018 commencing at 2.00pn at PLIPDECO's Conference Centre, PLIPDECO House, Orinoco Drive, Point Lisas Industrial Estate, Couva, Trinidad.
